Ninja Girls
The Ninja Girls is a brand new work out just for women!
...and it starts at 8.15pm on 7th March 2012 at Torquay Riviera Centre
It involves a total body workout and tones the muscles from you're face to your toes!
It's a high energy class that uses all the typical exercises of a Karate class but with a more aerobic style approach. Expect a lot of pad work, kicking, punching, knees, elbows and other tools that most people don't know they have. You will be taught about balance, conditioning, mind control and all the essential survival skills needed to defend yourself in a real situation!
Learn how to defend yourself on the ground, how to get out of grabs and even threats from a weapon!
You will be taught techniques by skilled professionals with over 20 years experience in the martial arts, not someone who has attended a weekend course in body combat class.
We are serious about fitness and we are very serious about self defence and our top priority is for women to feel safer, happier and in control!
